Our Products: Gifts

A gift by definition is something given voluntarily without payment in return, as a show of favor to someone or to honor an occasion. The term’s origin is from Middle English circa 1125 (gift/yift). People in early civilizations gave gifts to their tribal leaders and each other to show both loyalty and love. The Bible even highlights examples of gift giving. Gold, frankincense and myrrh were given to the Holy Child. Mary Magdalene even used precious oil to wash Jesus’ feet in a show of loyalty and love.

The tradition of gift giving is even stronger today. Both the federal government and corporate America have embraced the tradition of gift giving. Gifts range from high-end counterpart exchanges to courtesy level presentations. The selection of gifts is generally dictated by the specific budgets of the individual or organization.
